The owner of Bespoke Renovation, Kim-Cherie, did an excellent job on a condo I purchased in St. Cloud, FL. to rent out. She picked out the perfect neutral color, painted and did small repairs. The condo rented right away. Kim has also done cabinet painting in my own home, which was so impressive, our neighbors then hired her to paint their home. She has a great eye for decorating/renovation I would not hesitate to use Kim again.

$25K Kitchen Renovation Led To $65K Change in House Appraisal!
We had an old, tired kitchen with terrible lighting and had always wanted to do something about it but didn’t want to be stuck with escalating costs, as can sometimes happen with renovations. Spoke to Kim-Cherie and given her substantial background working with all types of contractors, knowledge about what brings value to a house and how to be cost efficient, thought to give her a try....

On the kitchen front, she provided excellent counsel and had a vision. She wanted to transform our drab brown, boring kitchen into a bright, white and while she expanded the countertop space, she somehow made the overall kitchen feel roomier and more inviting. She found a unique, gorgeous large marble slab for our new center island, found an eye-catching backsplash (with cool silver sparkle on a harlequin pattern.. it was insane!) and bigger but streamlined new sinks. We needed new cabinetry since the old cabinets looked tired and the cabinet builder quoted us $27K for all new cabinets (not including installation… ugh…). Kim Cherie had a better idea. “I think we could paint your cabinets in white, put new (door handles?) and they’ll look just as good.” So we did for like, $3-4K and everything came out looking brand spanking new! It was unbelievable! She saved us $20-24K right there!
